This position is for a developing design professional who is ready to take on greater independence in project design, documentation, and coordination while continuing to build technical and creative skills. You’ll work with project teams, consultants, and clients on defined project components, balancing design intent with technical and practical considerations. You’ll have room to take ownership of your work, strengthen your understanding of project delivery, and begin sharing what you’ve learned with emerging staff. Key Responsibilities Contribute to project design and documentation with increasing independence. Coordinate defined project components with internal teams, consultants, and clients. Balance design intent with technical requirements and practical project considerations. Apply design tools, technical standards, and industry practices to project work. Organize and communicate project information to help maintain quality and coordination. Take ownership of assigned work while seeking guidance on complex or unfamiliar issues. Begin guiding emerging staff on tools, processes, and quality standards. Qualifications Professional experience that demonstrates growing independence in architectural design, documentation, and coordination. Proficiency in Revit, architectural documentation, and project coordination. Knowledge of architectural design principles, technical coordination, and industry standards. Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with project teams, consultants, and clients. Strong organization and follow-through when managing assigned project responsibilities. Ability to work with moderate autonomy and recognize when additional guidance is needed. Interest in continued professional growth and sharing knowledge with less experienced team members.
