WORK STYLE On site / hands on TEAM CONTACT Regular face-to-face interaction This entry-level position selects store merchandise for customer pickup or delivery orders. Primary Responsibilities Use order information or handheld tools to locate products Select accurate items and appropriate substitutions according to policy Stage completed orders for pickup or delivery Interact with customers during handoff when assigned A strong entry-level candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, able to communicate clearly with others, attentive to accuracy and safety, and willing to learn established procedures.
