# HR Operations & Analytics Supervisor

We are looking for a “HR Operations & Analytics Supervisor ” for one of our client who is a leading global company. Key Responsibilities: Manage and improve end-to-end recruitment processes in line with business needs Support employer branding initiatives Support Compensation & Benefits processes, including payroll control and reporting validation Analyze personnel cost structures and calculate workforce costs for new projects Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting systems in collaboration with IT Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR analytics reports Perform salary review analysis and simulations Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems (master data control & testing) Monitor HR system integrations and ensure continuity Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields) Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar roles Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
