# Registered Nurse - Acute Care Orthopedic Telemetry Unit

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program; preferred bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management. Demonstrates compassionate care, strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills. Key Duties: Ensure optimal patient and family experiences, promote safety, coordinate staff interactions, and meet unit-specific metrics. Additional Information: Work in a primarily private room environment with diverse medical conditions, including orthopedic and total joint surgery. Onsite therapy and 24/7 hospitalist services.
