Responsibilities Include: Originating and submitting complete mortgage origination packages to dedicated processing team. Staying compliant within the framework of TRID. Maintain current relationships and develop new business in conjunction with our marketing strategies. Communicate with realtors, borrowers, and processors to ensure smooth loan process from origination to closing. Following up with company generated leads. Maintain a strong knowledge base of lending programs and changes to compliance. NMLS MLO License Requirements: Active state-specific license required • if you do not have a license then please do not apply. 2+ years origination experience. Active referral network is preferred. Must be knowledgeable of overall mortgage lending processes; regulations and guidelines; and mortgage programs. Knowledge of Encompass, PDF software programs, preferred.
