Manheim Production Technician

Reports to: Director of Production Services  Hours Commitment: 40–45 hrs/week, Wednesday–Sunday (regular weekend work, occasional extended hours during seasonal events, and monthly All Staff Tuesdays/LCBCU)   Objective: Support LCBC's Manheim campus by preparing, maintaining, and operating audio, video, and lighting systems, while developing and leading volunteer tech teams. This role blends relational leadership with hands-on technical production, helping create excellent environments for weekend services, student gatherings, and campus events (weddings, funerals, graduations, Manheim Worship Night, and more).
