Role Overview: Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical/Surgical (Med Surg) unit. The position involves providing patient-focused care in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for new graduates. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit Apply clinical knowledge to support patient recovery and well-being Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred Current RN license in the state of practice; multi-state license accepted via Nurse Licensure Compact Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory for new grads Key Duties: Provide night shift care (7p-7a) with every third weekend off Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements Contribute to patient safety and quality outcomes
