• Longmont running smooth and guests feeling instantly taken care of. This role exists to create a sharp first impression, keep the flow on track, and protect an upbeat, customer-first experience. Key Responsibilities Greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle payments accurately Answer phones, schedule/route inquiries, and communicate clearly with the team Maintain a clean, organized lobby and support shop upkeep as needed Stay calm, professional, and solutions-focused when challenges pop up Required Skills/qualifications Ability to work well under pressure in a busy, onsite setting Strong customer service mindset, reliability, and attention to detail Availability for flexible days, nights, and weekends Ready to be the energy at the center of it all?
