Wyser is an international executive search and selection company within Gi Group Holding, specializing in middle and senior management recruitment. We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Product with advanced English proficiency for our client, one of Turkey's leading investment institutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of Product Management experience, including leadership responsibilities. Proven experience managing Product Managers or leading product teams. Strong background in trading platforms, digital investment platforms, brokerage, fintech, or financial services. Proven experience in building and scaling digital investment experiences across web and mobile platforms. Solid understanding of trading products, investment customer journeys, and digital investing ecosystems. Strong experience in Product Discovery, customer research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and identifying customer needs. Experience using data and customer insights to drive product decisions and continuous product improvement. Hands-on experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, product requirements, prioritization, and release management. Experience defining and delivering mobile and web digital products with a strong focus on UX/UI and customer experience. Familiarity with MetaTrader 4/5 or similar trading platforms is highly preferred. Experience working with CRM systems, client portals, payment solutions, or back-office platforms. Knowledge of Forex, CFDs, Stocks, Options, VIOP, Crypto, or Multi-Asset Trading products is an advantage. Understanding of Turkish Capital Markets (SPK/CMB) regulations is preferred. Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Passion for monitoring global product, fintech, and digital investment trends. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Job Description Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across web and mobile trading platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market opportunities, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. Lead the evolution of the company's digital investment experience, including the next-generation trading platform and Super App vision. Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap to deliver a seamless, customer-centric investment journey across mobile and web platforms. Translate business, customer, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from Product Discovery and planning through design, development, QA, release, and post-launch optimization. Drive customer-centric product development through user research, usability insights, data-driven decision making, and continuous product improvement. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor global fintech and digital investment trends to identify new product opportunities. Prioritize product initiatives by balancing business value, customer impact, compliance requirements, technical feasibility, and delivery capacity. Ensure roadmap integrity while maintaining alignment between short-term business priorities and the long-term product vision.
