Partner E-Commerce Development Manager

Purpose Drive profitable growth of the Wholesale E-Commerce channel by managing key online partners, optimizing digital sell-through performance, ensuring operational excellence, and executing commercial strategies aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Own the commercial performance of assigned Wholesale E-Commerce accounts and deliver against sales and profitability targets. Develop and execute account plans aligned with channel and business objectives. Drive seasonal and in-season business opportunities through effective planning, forecasting and execution. Monitor product performance, inventory levels and market trends to identify risks and growth opportunities. Lead commercial negotiations, promotional planning and partner engagement activities. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent execution of launches, campaigns and operational processes. Provide regular performance analysis and actionable recommendations to improve channel productivity and profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and brand standards while fostering strong partner relationships. Requisite Education And Experience University degree. Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, E-Commerce or Digital Commerce. Experience working with online retailers, marketplaces or e-commerce channels is preferred. Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret commercial and operational data. Proven experience in stakeholder and account management. Advanced numeracy, reporting and presentation skills. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management capabilities. Proven commercial awareness and business acumen.
