Human Resources Manager

Consilio's ELS Direct Hire Staffing Division is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager of Human Resources for our Law firm client. Must have legal HR experience! This is a high-impact role for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment and is passionate about attracting top talent, developing employees, ensuring compliance, and partnering with leadership to build an exceptional workplace. As the Firm's HR leader, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to attorneys, staff, and firm management. What You'll Do Lead attorney and professional staff recruiting, hiring, and onboarding Partner with firm leadership on workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives Manage compensation and salary administration programs Design and deliver employee and management training programs Coordinate engaging new hire orientation programs Provide guidance on employee relations matters and performance management Administer employee benefits programs and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, processes, and best practices Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment Strong understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices Experience administering employee benefits and leave programs Proven success in recruiting and talent acquisition strategy Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and influence managers and employees Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office, and other business applications Why Join Us?
