Your Responsibilities: Deliver Exceptional Care: Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents’ medical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. Monitor and Assess: Observe residents’ conditions, communicate changes, and document findings accurately. Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments safely and in compliance with physician orders and facility protocols. Resident Advocacy: Promote a resident-centered approach that prioritizes comfort, dignity, and respect. Compliance and Safety: Adhere to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and state and federal regulations. Support and Supervision: Guide and assist CNA staff while promoting a collaborative, team-oriented culture. Requirements: Active RN license in the state of Florida Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred Strong communication and clinical assessment skills A compassionate and team-driven mindset Why Choose Us?
