Role Description The Senior Corporate Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Consultant is a full-time hybrid role based in Honolulu, HI, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for managing full-life cycle recruiting for corporate positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs, advising on talent strategies, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment documentation, leveraging data to improve hiring outcomes, and supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts. Collaboration with HR partners and hiring managers is essential to ensure timely, high-quality hiring decisions that align with organizational goals. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring for corporate or professional roles. Strong Consulting skills, with the ability to advise hiring managers and stakeholders on talent strategies and best practices. Effective Communication and Interviewing skills, including the ability to assess candidate fit and convey role requirements clearly. Experience working in a hybrid environment and managing priorities across in-office and remote work settings. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruitment analytics, and modern sourcing tools and platforms. Ability to cultivate diverse candidate pipelines and support inclusive hiring practices. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Previous experience in financial services or corporate recruiting within complex organizations is beneficial.
