St. John’s Veterinary Hospital is hiring a full-time Veterinary Receptionist for our busy 4.5-doctor small animal and exotics practice. If you’re organized, friendly, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect fit. What You’ll Do Be the welcoming face and voice of the hospital Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently Provide outstanding client service in person and over the phone Process payments and manage daily transactions Keep records organized Assist with patient flow and occasional hands-on care Support communication between clients and medical staff Help maintain a clean, professional environment What We’re Looking For Strong communication and multitasking skills Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable with computers (Avimark a plus) Veterinary experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Schedule 8–10 hour day shifts Monday–Friday + rotating Saturdays (4–5 hours) No late nights or emergency hours Benefits Competitive pay 401(k) + matching Health, dental & vision insurance Paid time off + parental leave Employee discounts And more!
