Why Take This Seat: Full ownership of the HR function, not a narrow slice of it Real influence over both strategy and execution across every HR discipline The chance to shape performance management and talent strategy from the ground up This Role Covers: Performance management strategy and execution, organization-wide Recruiting and talent acquisition strategy, including direct involvement in filling open roles HRIS systems and HR operations oversight HR data quality: identifying issues and driving remediation, not just reporting on them HR policy development and administration Employee relations, serving as the senior escalation point for complex issues Compensation strategy and structure Workplace safety programs and compliance You're a Fit If You: Have led HR at the VP or senior executive level Are comfortable operating at both the strategic and hands-on level, including recruiting directly when needed Have a track record of improving HRIS data quality and operational processes Bring strong experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, and compensation Hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; SHRM/HRCI certification a plus
