RN - Medical ICU - Nights

Role: RN • Medical ICU, responsible for providing professional critical care nursing in accordance with state regulations and hospital policies. Responsibilities Include Assessing patient conditions, recognizing changes, and planning and evaluating care. Monitoring patient progress and recording observations. Delegating appropriate tasks to staff and collaborating as a team member to achieve unit goals. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; Associate Degree with a plan to complete a Bachelor's within five years. Minimum of 2 years RN critical care experience. Current Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification, and ACLS within six months of hire. Additional Information Night shift hours, with rotating weekends and holidays.
