Senior .NET Developer — Full-Time Location: Buffalo, NY Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE) AWS Experience: Preferred Visa Transfer: Not available About the Opportunity Join an established global IT services and digital engineering company supporting a major U.S. regional bank. The technology organization delivers enterprise solutions across industries, with strong expertise in banking and financial services. The banking client serves individuals, businesses, and commercial enterprises and plays a significant role in the communities it serves. This position offers the opportunity to develop enterprise applications in an environment where security, reliability, and performance are essential. Role Overview We are seeking a few senior .NET Developer with strong C#, .NET, API development, and SQL skills to build and support business-critical banking applications. Experience with AWS is preferred. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services. Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database integrations. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver application enhancements. Write unit tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain technical documentation. Troubleshoot application issues and improve performance, security, and reliability. Support application releases and production issue resolution. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using C# and .NET. Experience with ASP.NET Core, Web API, and RESTful services. Strong SQL Server and relational database skills. Understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns. Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and automated testing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile development environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing, deploying, or supporting applications on AWS. Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch. Banking or financial services industry experience. Experience with microservices and cloud-based application architecture. Work Authorization Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Visa transfers are not available for this position.
