# Financial Reporting and Audit Assistant Specialist/Specialist

We are looking for a Financial Reporting and Audit Assistant Specialist/Specialist to be based at our Istanbul Yenibosna Head Office. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other related disciplines), 1-3 years of experience in financial audit or tax practice (Big 4 experience is a must), Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Power BI knowledge is highly appreciated, Result-oriented, open to change, excellent team player, Analytical thinking and strong skills in negotiation and problem resolution. Job Description: Preparing annual IFRS audit reports based on solo and consolidated financial statements, Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial statements and identifying potential errors or risks, Evaluating business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and value creation, Answering ad-hoc requests from other departments, Taking an active role in accounting system development, Supporting the development of audit analytics, including data analysis, dashboard creation, and automated control scenarios, Identifying key findings and offering actionable recommendations, Providing advisory support for internal company projects and initiatives when requested, Reviewing the compliance of operations with tax regulations, commercial codes, and internal procedures.
