This role sits at the intersection of design, motion, and storytelling, supporting marketing, sales, and executive communications. WHAT YOU’LL DO Design polished, on-brand presentations and decks, collateral, video and any creative asks for sales, marketing, leadership, and client audiences Create video and motion graphics for digital marketing, social media, events, and internal communications Turn complex information into clear, visually engaging stories Maintain consistency with AccuWeather’s brand standards Collaborate with marketing, product, and subject-matter experts Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment WHAT YOU BRING 3+ years of professional design experience (or equivalent) Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro (or similar tools) Advanced presentation design experience (PowerPoint, Google Slides) Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy Ability to take feedback and communicate design decisions clearly AI-savvy.
