Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Role Overview: This position supports distribution services within a warehouse environment, focusing on receiving, picking, staging, shipping, and inventory management. The role involves verifying shipments, inspecting returned items, stocking shelves, and using RF devices for inventory tasks. Responsibilities include assembling customer orders, data entry, conducting inventory counts, and assisting with controlled substance handling in specialized environments. The role may require operating power equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks, and training new associates. Adherence to safety standards and OSHA requirements is essential. Qualifications & Skills: A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of work experience are required. Candidates must have basic reading, math, organizational, and computer skills. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities are essential. Certification to operate power equipment and hazmat training may be necessary. Ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and maintain a clean work area is important. Overtime participation and physical inventory involvement are expected. Key Duties: Includes inventory verification, order assembly, inventory control, and operating motorized equipment. Assisting in training and performing related duties as assigned are also part of the role.
