This position is located at our Spencer, IA facility.   The Floor Supervisor leads a team of lift truck operators (LTOs), auditors, and customer service representatives (CSRs). The Floor Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient and effective function of the regional distribution center (RDC), meeting customer requirements, and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.
