Role: Registered Nurse in a 75-bed community hospital. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and administer medications and treatments. Monitor patient progress using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams across emergency, surgical, medical-surgical, and specialty units. Educate patients and families about care plans and health management. Uphold infection control, safety standards, and promote a community-focused, professional environment.
