# Staff Accountant

Job Title: Staff Accountant Location: On Site in Kent, OH Schedule: Monday

Employee-focused culture that values work-life balance Stable and growing organization with a strong local reputation Supportive, team-oriented environment where your contributions matter Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Leadership that values accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement Key Responsibilities Of a Staff Accountant Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities Maintain organized financial records and documentation Support internal and external audit requests What We're Looking For In a Staff Accountant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines #INSEP2026
