# Customer Service Representative

Buffalo Biodiesel, Inc.

Buffalo Biodiesel is in growth mode and currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing team! Responsibilities: Answering inbound customer service requests via phone Assisting customers with pickups, general inquiries Escalating calls needing more attention Providing prompt, courteous, and efficient routing where necessary Qualifications: Bachelors Degree required Minimum two years of customer success/customer retention experience required Mastery level written and spoken communication, through use of word-processing programs, creating spreadsheets, writing email, and speaking on the phone Reliable, hard working, and motivated This is an onsite role. Our offices are located at 17 Court Street, Buffalo, NY. The hours for this position are 7:00 am
• 4:00 pm Salary: $25/hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Who We Are: Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. has been in business since 2005. We are a growing company that collects and recycles used cooking oil. With over 20 years in business, we collect, and process used cooking oil to produce Biodiesel, a carbon reducing alternative fuel to Hydrocarbons. We operate in 15 States with service to over 27,000 locations and growing. Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is subject to and complies with the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act.
