Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Role: Compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) providing high-quality inpatient rehabilitation nursing care in a patient-centered setting. Key Responsibilities Assess patients and develop individualized nursing care plans. Administer medications and monitor patient progress and outcomes. Provide education and support to patients and families. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support rehabilitation for stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and complex conditions. Deliver compassionate, mission-driven care that promotes recovery and independence. Qualifications & Skills Active RN licensure and strong clinical judgment. Ability to create and implement individualized care plans. Proficiency in medication administration and patient monitoring. Strong communication and teamwork skills for interdisciplinary collaboration. Compassionate approach with the ability to educate and support patients and families.
