Trauma Care Registered Nurse

Role: Staff RN in a Trauma Intermediate Care unit on night shift. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to trauma and post-surgical patients in a high-acuity environment. Conduct patient assessments, perform complex monitoring, and administer IV therapies. Coordinate multidisciplinary care and support safe transitions of care. Educate patients and families to promote understanding and engagement. Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Strong clinical skills in acute care nursing, including patient assessment and monitoring. Ability to educate patients and families effectively. Team-oriented mindset and commitment to safety and quality standards. Willingness to work night shifts in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.
