# Travel & Lifestyle Coordinator

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just travel the world, but truly experiences it. Ordinary tourist routes are not for us. We are looking for a Travel & Lifestyle Coordinator with experience in luxury travel, concierge services, or high-end travel planning; someone who can navigate between a Michelin-starred dining experience and a hidden local seafood restaurant, and who knows not only the world’s finest destinations but also its undiscovered neighborhoods. What Will You Do in This Role? Plan and manage all domestic and international travel arrangements from end to end Organize flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and travel itineraries Arrange reservations for restaurants, concerts, theatre performances, special events, and unique experiences Coordinate payments and oversee all operational aspects related to reservations Provide detailed alternatives and recommendations before each trip Create unique travel experiences beyond standard destination recommendations Provide coordination and on-site guidance during trips when required Build strong relationships with international service providers, hotels, restaurants, event organizers, and concierge networks Who Are We Looking For? Passionate about travel and interested in discovering new destinations, experiences, and cultures Strong research skills and ability to identify the best travel options using digital platforms, travel resources, and local networks Comfortable communicating with hotels, local agencies, restaurants, event organizers, and service providers to create tailored travel plans Familiar with travel planning platforms such as Tripadvisor, Google Travel, booking platforms, airline websites, and destination-specific resources Fluent in spoken and written English No travel restrictions and willing to travel when required Closely follows trends in culture, gastronomy, arts, events, and lifestyle Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide practical solutions to unexpected situations Proactive, resourceful, and eager to create memorable travel experiences Committed to delivering exceptional service quality and guest experience
