Role & Responsibilities: Prepare and control vessel manifests and loading lists accurately and within the required deadlines. Ensure all export documentation is complete, accurate and compliant with customs requirements and regulations. Coordinate with Global Business Service and international teams to ensure efficient resolution of operational and system-related issues. Act as a focal point between Operations, Customer Service, and Global Business Service teams regarding documentation matters. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance documentation quality and process efficiency. Maintain data integrity within operational systems and ensure timely updates of shipment-related records. Skills & Requirements: Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Logistics, Maritime, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in export documentation, customer service, operations, or a similar role within the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding. Knowledge of shipping documentation, Bill of Lading processes and export procedures is highly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Fluency in written & verbal English is a must (part of the interview will take place in English).
