Job Summary Martin Commercial Properties is seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is critical in shaping our brand identity and elevating our marketing efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a keen eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to produce compelling marketing materials that drive engagement. In addition to traditional graphic design responsibilities, this role requires video editing skills and content curation expertise to enhance our digital presence. This is a Hybrid Position (3 days in office) based in East Lansing, MI or Tampa, FL, offering the opportunity to collaborate closely with a team of marketing and commercial real estate professionals. Key Responsibilities/Job Functions Develop and maintain Martin's visual brand across all print, digital, social media, and client-facing materials. Design proposals, RFP/RFQ materials, capability statements, presentations, brochures, project sheets, signage, advertisements, case studies, and recruiting materials. Create and manage graphics and content for LinkedIn, social media, website, email marketing, digital advertising, and recruiting campaigns. Support Business Development with proposals, presentations, pursuit materials, and client-facing communications. Maintain and update company templates, marketing collateral, photography, video, and digital asset libraries. Create and edit video content, reels, project spotlights, and other multimedia. Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, professional, and consistent with Martin's brand standards. Manage day-to-day marketing projects, timelines, priorities, and creative workflows. Coordinate with printers, photographers, advertising partners, and other external vendors. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including social media engagement, website traffic, email performance, and digital campaigns, and use insights to improve future marketing efforts. Research industry, marketing, and design trends and identify opportunities to improve Martin's brand and digital presence. Work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop marketing solutions that support company objectives. Provide guidance and training on marketing tools, templates, and brand standards. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum 5-7 years of progressive graphic design and marketing experience, preferably in commercial real estate, construction, architecture, engineering, or another B2B environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced print and digital design capabilities. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience with digital marketing, social media, website content, and marketing analytics. Experience managing multiple projects independently. Experience with video editing and multimedia preferred. Knowledge of website publishing platforms preferred. RFP/RFQ, proposal, business development, or commercial real estate experience preferred. Physical Requirements Those activities associated with general office work include but not limited to sitting, walking, standing, talking, or hearing, for extended periods of time. Using hands to write, key, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Other activities include reaching, stooping, kneeling, crawling, crouching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
