Role Overview Job Title: Member Services Representative Start Date: November 30, 2026 Location: Charleston, SC • Hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: $53,000 annually Shift: Initial training is 7:00 AM4:00 PM . After training, schedules may run as late as 10:00 AM7:00 PM . Some Saturdays are required. What Youll Do Deliver a white-glove member experience , handling questions and service needs with professionalism, empathy, active listening, and confident communication. Depending on your assignment, manage 3040 general member interactions per day documenting conversations accurately and seeing needs through resolution. Navigate multiple systems while assisting with policy, coverage, account, or claims-related needs and building strong relationships through non-scripted, solutions-focused conversations. Qualifications Strong customer-service experience. Backgrounds in hospitality, restaurants/food service, retail, banking, healthcare administration, call centers, insurance/claims, or education are highly transferable. Excellent listening, empathy, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable spending much of the day communicating by phone and working in a fast-paced environment. Able to navigate several computer applications simultaneously; basic Microsoft Office proficiency required. Detail-oriented, adaptable, professional, and comfortable handling conversations without relying on scripts. Insurance or claims experience is preferred but not required . Flexibility to work within scheduled shift windows and some Saturdays.
