# Product Manager - New Games

About Rollic Rollic is an Istanbul-based game developer and publisher. Founded in 2019 and acquired in October 2020 by Zynga, who joined the Take-Two roof as of May 2022. Rollic has over 3.5 billion downloads across its diverse portfolio of games and, thanks to an intensive development process utilizing a massive test pipeline, has a steady cadence of globally hit titles such as Color Block Jam, Timeline Up, Crowd Express: Boarding Puzzle, Hole People, Knit Out, Gecko Out, Drop Away all of which have gained millions of downloads worldwide within a few months after their release. Main Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of new game initiatives from ideation to soft launch Define product vision, core gameplay loop, and differentiation strategy Lead rapid prototyping and validation cycles to quickly test new game concepts Analyze player behavior and key metrics (Retention, Engagement, Monetization, CPI, etc.) to guide decisions Make data-driven product decisions and iterate based on insights Collaborate closely with Game Designers, Developers, UA, Creative, and Data teams to ensure strong execution Identify scalable opportunities and turn promising prototypes into high-performing titles Act as the business owner of your game, balancing player experience with commercial performance Required Skills Product Management, Game Production, or Game Design within mobile gaming Experience contributing to or shipping at least one mobile game Strong understanding of ARM metrics (Acquisition, Retention, Monetization) Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments Excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Genuine passion for games and building engaging player experiences Discover our perks and benefits Competitive salary to help you reach your highest potential Meal compensation Relocation support to Istanbul State-of-the-art equipment in your welcome package Gaming room & lounge area to relax and recharge A pet-friendly office where your furry friends are welcome Gym area in the Rollic office Private health insurance 24/7 online well-being & mental health support Learning & development via Take-Two’s employee program A chance to take responsibility and improve your skills continuously.
