Application Deadline: 25 September 2026 Department: Federal Services Location: Fredrick MD Compensation: $125,000 - $145,000 / year Description TeleSolv is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support Government data analysis and report development initiatives. This role will focus on transforming complex datasets into actionable insights through advanced analytics, dashboard development, data pipeline management, and reporting solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and leadership to deliver decision-ready intelligence that supports organizational performance and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and data visualization solutions. Design and support ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient data integration. Collect, validate, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, performance drivers, and improvement opportunities. Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and recommendations for Government leadership and stakeholders. Support data quality, accessibility, governance, and reporting automation initiatives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and service leads to integrate analytics into broader organizational initiatives. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) ITIL v3 Expert-level data analysis and business intelligence capabilities. Advanced proficiency in Power BI dashboard development. Strong SQL and data pipeline development experience. Ability to convert complex technical findings into clear, actionable reports for executive and non-technical audiences. Experience supporting analytics-driven decision making and organizational performance improvement. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and consulting skills. Background Investigation: This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
