Responsibilities Management of Air Separation Unit of ILGAZ, its production, optimization and control. Ensure efficient gas delivery, start- up/shutdown operations, maintenance planning and capacity adjustment. Personnel planning, to organize production Personnel Shift, annual leave and extra working hours schedule. Leading the projects of process improvement and investment. Ensure fully compliance to SHEQ requirements by whole Personnel and workplace safety. Prepare monthly production reports. Ensure that production and controls are done in compliance with the legislation, legal permissions and Linde minimum requirements. Qualifications BSc. degree in Engineering. Chemical Engineering is preferred Proficiency in English Analytical thinking and problem solving skills High sense of responsibility and competency in communication and cooperation skills Process, project and risk management experience Competency in management and leadership skills Production plant work experience. >5 years is an asset Driving License MS Office programs proficiency No military obligation
