Quality Control Supervisor

DUTIES: • Manage staff and functional test of inkjet cartridges • Accurately control document system and have ISO 9000 experience • Generate summaries and develop testing protocols • Control failure analysis and corrective action plans • Flexibility to perform other duties as required QUALITIES: • Good Attitude and Team Oriented • Works well within a large team • Must learn quickly and react appropriately to the requirements of the position • Self motivated and focused on constant improvement • Flexibility to perform multiple tasks • Excellent communication skills • Be able to stand for extended periods of time • Be able to lift boxes of 20 lbs.
