Support Professional - Full Time

Seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to serve as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) , supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, hygiene, and promoting independence; supporting health and wellness through medication administration and monitoring; encouraging community involvement by transporting clients and facilitating participation in activities; assisting with nutrition and mealtime support ; providing physical support for mobility and transfers; maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with regulations; responding to emergencies and behavioral needs using trained intervention techniques; and working collaboratively with team members while participating in ongoing training. Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, possessing a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to complete required background checks, training, and certifications. Preferred experience includes roles like DSP, CNA, caregiver, or related human services, especially supporting individuals with disabilities.
