Human Resources Supervisor Beyoğlu, Istanbul, Türkiye (On-site) Our client, is a chemical company who produces inorganic chemical compounds from natural resources. The company has four plants located at different regions through Anatolia. POSITION SUMMARY The Human Resources Supervisor directly reports to General Manager of the company. There is another HR Supervisor in the organization who is responsible for payrolling, time and attendance and legal processes. The remaining HR functions such as Performance Management, Talent Management, Training and Development, Strategic HR and HR Business Partnering will be in responsibility of new HR Supervisor. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DESCRIPTION Strategic HR Management & System Building: Formulate, deploy, and continuously upgrade comprehensive HR strategies, frameworks, and policies in perfect alignment with corporate vision, mission, and global expansion targets. Cultural Leadership & Organizational Development: Lead the cultural transformation agenda; actively embed corporate values, ethics, and leadership competencies across all departments to nurture a highly motivated and unified workforce. Training & Continuous Learning: Diagnose organizational development gaps and structure a sustainable, scalable corporate academy system. Ensure the execution of impactful training, onboarding, and continuous leadership development programs. Workplace Safety & Policy Integration: Provide strategic oversight for Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/İSG) compliance, ensuring robust risk management frameworks are actively applied. Performance Management: Building a robust performance management system, ensuring SMART objectives are submitted timely and results of performance management system feeds bonus schema and talent management. Organizational Architecture: Maintain and continually refine the corporate organizational chart, accurately mapping out departmental authorizations, accountability matrices, and formalized job descriptions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide executive-level advisory and HR leadership support to project- based, cross-functional engineering and technical teams within the firm. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or related disciplines. Professional Experience : A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in manufacturing companies . Infrastructure Expertise: Demonstrated success in building HR systems from scratch, executing change management, and implementing structural organizational transitions. Legal & Regulatory Mastery: Comprehensive knowledge of Turkish Labor Law No. 4857, SGK, İŞ-KUR, e-decleration processes, and the strategic utilization of state employment incentives. Technical & System Proficiency: Advanced command of MS Office applications. Hands-on experience with prominent ERPs and a track record of successfully deploying/integrating its HR modules is highly preferred. Language Skills: Native fluency in Turkish alongside advanced, professional-level English (both written and spoken) is strictly mandatory for international coordination. Leadership & Soft Skills: Exceptional team management, planning, analytical thinking, and high-level corporate reporting capabilities. A decisive leader with strong initiative and superior representation skills.
