IFRS & Financial Reporting Specialist

We are looking for an IFRS & Financial Reporting Specialist to join the Finance team of a well-established organization. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Consolidate financial data received from group companies. Prepare balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and financial statement disclosures. Prepare adjustment entries for the conversion of statutory records (VUK) to IFRS. Prepare and analyze Net Working Capital (NWC) reports. Provide support to Accounting and Tax teams on financial reporting matters. Monitor changes in IFRS standards and ensure their implementation within the company. Provide the necessary information and documentation to the audit team during independent audit processes. Support the preparation of audit reports and follow up on audit findings. Participate in financial reporting process improvement and automation projects. Contribute to the preparation of management reports and financial analyses. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Relevant experience in IFRS and financial reporting, preferably including consolidation and/or external audit experience. Good knowledge of IFRS and Turkish statutory accounting principles (VUK). Solid understanding of financial statements, consolidation, and reporting processes. Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an asset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Good command of written and spoken English. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
