About the Role Enjoy helping people and solving problems? Join Jax Kar Wash as a full-time Unlimited Club Support Representative. Youll help customers get the most out of their memberships, answer questions, resolve account concerns, and support the daily operations of our Unlimited Club Department. This position is based at one of our car wash locations and combines phone support, customer support ticket management, and face-to-face customer service. Youll also assist lobby visitors with membership updates, gift card purchases, and detailing inquiries. If youre friendly, organized, and comfortable balancing customer service with administrative tasks, wed love to hear from you. $16 per hour plus performance-based bonus opportunities What Youll Do Provide helpful customer service: Answer incoming calls and assist customers with membership questions, account updates, and concerns.Manage customer support tickets: Create, review, and follow up on requests to ensure customers receive timely responses and resolutions.Assist customers in person: Help lobby visitors with Unlimited Club memberships, account assistance, gift card purchases, and detailing inquiries.Keep accurate records: Document customer interactions, update account information, and assist with reporting.Support daily operations: Assist the Unlimited Club Department with administrative tasks and help keep work organized and moving forward.Work as a team: Collaborate with the Unlimited Club team to resolve concerns and deliver a positive customer experience. What Youll Bring At least six months of experience in customer service or an administrative role.Clear, friendly communication skills over the phone and in person.A patient, professional approach to resolving customer concerns.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.Comfort using computers and learning customer account and support systems.The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.A positive attitude and willingness to help customers and teammates.
