As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include: • Analyze customer data and generate insights to support CRM and growth strategies. • Design, implement, optimize, and report on campaigns. • Mapping out the customer journey for engagement, frequency, retention, churn, and acquisition. • Provide actionable recommendations to business units through data analysis. • Report findings on data quality and accuracy in the CRM database to relevant teams. Do you have what it takes? • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, growth, or customer analytics. • Proficiency in SQL. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Communication and presentation skills to effectively present data analysis results. • Experience in campaign management and customer segmentation.
