# Reservations Support Associate | Remote

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Support Associate to assist with coordinating and managing reservation requests. This role focuses on supporting scheduling processes, organizing reservation details, and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
This is a remote position ideal for individuals who are organized, dependable, and enjoy working in a structured, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with handling reservation requests and scheduling coordination
Review and verify reservation details for accuracy and completeness
Communicate confirmations, updates, and follow-ups in a timely manner
Maintain organized records of reservations and client interactions
Monitor timelines to ensure all arrangements are completed as scheduled
Support a smooth and efficient reservation process
