Field Force Manager

What is the Summary of This Position? This role is responsible for managing the field team to achieve business objectives, monitoring budgets, tracking performance, and ensuring effective field operations. What You'll Be Doing? Ensuring that the field team under responsibility achieves its business targets in line with company strategies, Planning the sales, expense, and promotional budgets of the product group in line with annual strategies, Developing in‑depth knowledge and expertise in the therapeutic areas under responsibility and conducting effective customer management in relevant specialties, Defining performance criteria of the field team, evaluating results, and creating development plans, Managing coaching, mentoring, and competency development activities aimed at improving team performance, Conducting field monitoring to ensure the effective, efficient, and correct use of promotional materials, Performing regional visits to observe field practices on-site and developing required action recommendations. Which Profile Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree in related field, Experience in managing teams within sales functions, Proficiency in MS Office applications, Excellent command of written and spoken English.
