Job Title: Cardiac Anesthesiology Physician Role & Responsibilities Provide anesthesiology care for cardiac procedures, supervising a team of 8 MDs and 27.5 CRNAs. Work primarily during weekdays with guaranteed 40 hours, including call shifts. Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management. Manage patients across 23 ORs on two campuses, ensuring high-quality perioperative care. Qualifications & Skills Board Certification in Anesthesiology. Active Delaware medical license, IMLC acceptance, or equivalent licensing. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required. Key Duties Provide supervision and independent anesthesia services for cardiac surgeries. Maintain compliance with state licensing and certification standards.
