Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) is looking for ROCKSTAR BCBAs to join our teams across the state of North Carolina. We have been providing services to families in the state since 2006 and continue to uphold the highest quality of care. As the only ABA company that is also a Public Benefit Corporation in NC, positively impacting our community is our top priority. We have 18 total clinic locations through Charlotte, the Raleigh/Durham/Triangle region, Eastern NC, Western NC, and even the coast! Position Summary
The Behavior Analyst designs and oversees ABA treatment programs. This includes continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education and consultation, and problem-solving to help each client reach his or her potential. Additionally, this position is responsible for supervising behavior technicians, ensuring that they are professional, learning, and implementing treatment plans with a high degree of reliability and fidelity.
