# Administrative & Sales Support Assistant

We are looking for "Administrative & Sales Support Assistant" to join our dynamic team! Job Description Sales Support; Providing data support to managers for the preperation of weekly or monthly sales operation reports, Entering products and services that have been purchased in to the portal, Follow-up customer and supplier contracts and maintaining digital archives, To organize and track the flow of necessary documentation related to secured contracts. Office Administration; Organizing office meetings,appointments and events; coordinating catering and arangements Creating of meeting invitations via online platforms and sharing them with the relevant individuals Organizing domestic and international flight tickets, hotel reservations and visa procedures for the top management Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier processes; register received documents in the system and deliver them to relevant employees Checking the office needs and to carry out purchasing processes. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Maritime Business Management,etc.), Advanced level of English, Good knowledge of MS Office programs, Having strong interpersonal skills and high sense of responsibility and solution oriented, Planning, time management and multitasking skills are improved.
