Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Lewes, DE. In this position, the team member responds to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing clear information on policies, coverages, billing, and claims processes. The role includes assisting with policy changes, updating customer records, processing payments, and reminding customers of important deadlines. The representative helps ensure a positive customer experience by resolving issues, following up on requests, and coordinating with other team members when specialized support is needed. This role also supports agency growth by identifying customer needs, offering appropriate products and services, and maintaining a professional, friendly, and inclusive environment for all customers. Qualifications Ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service and support strong Customer Experience. Skills in Customer Support and maintaining Customer Satisfaction during everyday interactions. Experience working in roles similar to Customer Service Representatives or related client-facing positions. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and clear explanation of complex information. Comfort with learning insurance products and systems; prior insurance or financial services experience is a plus. Proficiency with basic computer applications, CRM or agency management systems, and accurate data entry. Ability to work on-site in Lewes, DE, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education, licensing, or bilingual skills are beneficial.
