Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Lewes, DE. In this position, the team member responds to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing clear information on policies, coverages, billing, and claims processes. The role includes assisting with policy changes, updating customer records, processing payments, and reminding customers of important deadlines. The representative helps ensure a positive customer experience by resolving issues, following up on requests, and coordinating with other team members when specialized support is needed. This role also supports agency growth by identifying customer needs, offering appropriate products and services, and maintaining a professional, friendly, and inclusive environment for all customers. Qualifications Ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service and support strong Customer Experience. Skills in Customer Support and maintaining Customer Satisfaction during everyday interactions.
