Electrician

Join us as a Plant Electrician to ensure safe and reliable electrical operations in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Include Performing electrical repairs, inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance in compliance with safety standards Maintaining and improving electrical, control, instrumentation, HMI, and HVAC systems Supporting capital projects, managing work orders, documentation, and preventive/predictive maintenance plans Utilizing predictive maintenance tools to identify equipment issues and developing maintenance strategies Maintaining equipment records, supporting project work, and ensuring minimal downtime Troubleshooting HMI systems and assisting with mechanical and electrical equipment installation and repairs Recommending safety and process improvements Qualifications And Skills Required High School diploma or GED At least 2 years of experience or education in industrial electrical or maintenance fields Valid US driver’s license and willingness to work on elevated surfaces with fall protection Basic process controls and mechanical aptitude, with knowledge of electrical codes, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and mechanical systems Ability to interpret electrical codes, schedule work, and follow through to completion Physical ability to stand, lift up to 60 lbs., and perform repetitive tasks in various conditions Preferred Qualifications Journeyman electrical license Understanding of PLC automation and control systems Benefits Include Development opportunities, health benefits, paid time off, parental leave, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement Supportive work environment focused on safety and innovation We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply and join our mission to advance agriculture through science and technology.
