# Registered Nurse - Full Time

Join a dynamic Intermediate Critical Care Unit as a Registered Nurse, providing direct patient care in a 20-bed unit. Responsibilities Include Managing a diverse patient population with critical, medical, surgical, neurological, respiratory, and detox/withdrawal needs. Performing clinical duties involving titratable IV drips, chest tubes, BiPAP, high-flow oxygen, and stable tracheostomies. Monitoring patients continuously and collaborating with a supportive team and engaged leadership. Key Benefits Of The Role Favorable nurse-to-patient ratios of 3:1 to 4:1. Strong interdisciplinary support including House Supervisors, Rapid Response, IV, and Respiratory Teams. A family-oriented, collaborative culture with opportunities for growth and development. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred. Current RN license in the appropriate state. One year of relevant experience is preferred. Additional refresher or licensure reinstatement requirements if applicable.
