Broward Health Imperial Point Full time day shift Summary Plans coordinates provides intervenes and evaluates the care of assigned patients based on the treatment plan and individual patient needs. Participates with the interdisciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient. Develops a nursing diagnosis and establishes care objectives. Education Minimum Education and/or: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing RN Diploma or BSN); or if attended an approved nursing school must have two years of recent acute care hospital experience in the past three years. Experience One to two years’ experience required. May need to complete appropriate specialty training for the area. Credentials Registered Nurse BLS and ACLS through AHA or Red Cross Hire-On/Retention Bonus of $12000.00 (1 year experience required) Employee Referral Bonus of $3000.00 The referee’s name must be listed on the application under referral source in order to be eligible for any FT or PT positions.
