QUALİFİCATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree, Fluent English (both written & verbal), Minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Minimum 5 years of team management experience, No travel restrictions, Knowledge of MS Office programs, Reside in Istanbul, Preferably speaking a second foreign language, Able to drive. JOB DESCRIPTION Ensures store compliance with visual standards by visiting stores, Takes action to update content standards in stores and gives feedback to teams, Ensures information flow between merchandising teams and International Visual Operations, Develops content standards by providing display and guidance that will encourage customers, increase brand perception and provide a more comfortable shopping environment in existing and newly opened overseas stores. Meets the learning and development needs of its team to enable it to achieve internal process goals, Performs the tasks of planning, goal setting, organizing, providing resources, directing, controlling and managing performance necessary for the effective execution of activities.
